Other Triggers

Cold air, wind, rain, and sudden changes in the weather can sometimes bring on an asthma attack. In addition, irritants in the environment can also trigger asthma symptoms. These irritants may include elevated ozone levels, dusts and particulate matter, paint fumes, smoke, smog, automobile exhaust, aerosol sprays, and strong odors, such as perfumes.
