Back Exercises

Lt Col Jerman
If you’re experiencing low back pain, it’s important to exercise and keep moving. You may be limited in how much you can do at first, and you may need to stay in bed at the start. Try not to stay in bed for more than a day or two, because the lack of activity can make the back pain worse. Even when your back is in pain, you can get started with low stress exercises like walking, swimming, or riding an exercise bike. Remember, the most important thing is to get moving as soon as you can.
