Elbow Stretch

TRANSCRIPT

Capt Laydon
To do an Elbow Stretch, hold your injured arm at shoulder level in front of your body with the elbow straight and your fist clenched.

First, flex the wrist as far as possible and hold for five seconds. Then return to a neutral position.

Next, turn the arm inward, flex the wrist, and hold for five seconds. Then return to a neutral position.

Finally, turn the arm outward, extend the wrist, and hold for five seconds. Then return to a neutral position.

Repeat the entire sequence. Do three sets of 10.
