Forearm Range of Motion

To exercise your Forearm Range of Motion, start with your elbow at your side and bent 90 degrees.

Rotate your forearm so that your palm is facing up. Hold for 10 seconds.

Slowly rotate your forearm so that your palm is facing down. Hold for 10 seconds.

Repeat the entire sequence. Do three sets of 10.
