Throughout your pregnancy, your body works hard to build a healthy baby. After your delivery, your body immediately begins the task of healing, preparing to feed your baby, and getting back to normal in a variety of ways.
After the birth of your baby, it’s not unusual to experience symptoms such as uterine cramps, engorgement, or fatigue. Some women experience the “baby blues.” Don’t be alarmed. These and other symptoms are normal and are usually temporary.
